Equipment
The client is requested to ensure the following equipment is supplied:

In the unlikely event of a technical problem arising, it is strongly recommended that someone well versed with computers be present/available.

Venue
The client is responsible for arranging a suitable venue.

Payment
The client can make an electronic transfer/deposit into our account – please contact us for further details.

Travel & Accommodation
Vernon travels business class on all flights. Please liaise with Vernon to arrange that he is in receipt of his ticket/voucher etc well in advance to avoid any possible hiccups. Vernon would prefer to be supplied with a reliable hired car for transport. However, should the client prefer to supply a reliable car and good driver then please discuss with Vernon. In the event of Vernon needing to overnight, please ensure a non smoking room is reserved and that any room/meal charges are debited to the clients account.

Vernon can also make his own travel/accommodation arrangements – please discuss/agree with us. Any expenses reasonably incurred by Vernon in this regard need to be settled by the client upon presentation of an appropriate invoice.

Confirming presentations
To confirm a presentation with Vernon the client needs to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed fee. The balance of the agreed fee is payable on the day of the presentation.

Cancellations
In the event of the client cancelling a presentation the 50% deposit is not refundable. This is due to the fact that Vernon has in all probability turned down another presentation because of his commitment to the client. However, if Vernon is able to secure another presentation using this slot then we are quite happy to refund the client. In the event of the client cancelling less than 30 days before the date of the presentation then the full agreed fee is payable.

In the unlikely event of Vernon cancelling a presentation all monies will be immediately refunded to the client. Vernon furthermore undertakes to discuss any other suitable arrangement with the client to ensure that the client is satisfied with whatever alternative arrangements may be agreed to.

Recording of presentation
The presentation is not to be recorded or copied by any means unless discussed and agreed with Vernon.
